Aviation Fees and Rental Rates

AIRCRAFT LANDING FEES

Minimum Charge = $7.80 per landing (for Jet and Turbo Prop Aircraft)

Up to 21,000 kg = $1.94 per 1,000 kg

21,001 to 45,000 kg = $2.46 per 1,000 kg

Over 45,000 kg = $2.96 per 1,000 kg

Up to 21,000 kg = $2.21 per 1,000 kg

21,001 to 45,000 kg = $2.84 per 1,000 kg

Over 45,000 kg = $3.33 per 1,000 kg

Up to 2,000 kg = No Charge

2,001 to 5,000 kg = $5.00

Over 5,000 kg = $10.00

Note:

§ For Aircraft 2,000 kg & Less – Charge Maximum Rate after 9 days or 9 x $6.72 = $60.48 (no power)

§ For Aircraft 2,001 kg – 5,000 kg – Charge Maximum Rate after 7 days or 7 x $8.87 = $62.09 (no power)

§ For Aircraft heavier than 5,001 kg – Charge Maximum Monthly Rate

§ For Power Only – ($428.17 - $310.24) = $117.94 assume for 5 months.

Therefore, by month = $117.94 ¸ 5 = $23.59 per month

Daily	$4.00 per day to a max. of $48.00 per month plus GST
Monthly (with power)	$48.00 plus GST
Annual (with power)	$500.00 plus GST

Office Space	$405.10 per square metre per year
Baggage Area	$333.70 per square metre per year
Ticket Counter Space	$497.60 per square metre per year
License Agreements	$250 per year per vending machine or advertising space. A percentage of gross sales may be negotiated on vending machines by the City Engineer.

Serviced land with access to airside	$1.21 per square metre per year
Unserviced land without access to airside	$0.20 per square metre per year
Land Industrial (Air Tanker Base)	$1.83 per square metre per year
